You can work your triceps like this. They will get pumped up.
Some people think they are too old or too young to work out. That is not true. Everybody can do some sort of workout. If a person is old, they can consult with their doctor and then start working out. My grandma even works out. Here is a video of my grandma working out her biceps and back.
Sometimes it is great to work the entire body at once. It can also get your heart rate up. I would work out every day two hours a day if I was at a beach like this.

Hello this is Gordon aka gman. I started working out thirty years ago. I cant believe it has been this long. I loved going to the gym so much that I entered my first bodybuilding contest at the age of 19. I continued lifting weights during my twentys and entered another bodybuilding contest. I would eat, sleep, and lift for building muscle mass. I really stopped trying to build more muscle once I hit my thirtys eventhough I continued to lift weights. I have learned alot about lifting weights and eating right during the last thirty years. I have continued to change my exercises as my body has changed. Now I want to motivate and show people how to build muscle and or lose fat. I will show people how to also have fun while they focus on their goals of building muscle and losing fat.
